Returns And Refunds
Return and Refund Policy
All products we sell may be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Two things to keep in mind:
Opened or old product packs are not accepted as returns; and
If you wish to return Goods that are easy to wear, you must do so within one week of receipt.
If your item arrived in a damaged or non-functioning state, please alert us immediately along with photo documentation and we will happily send a replacement product to you.
Otherwise, any goods returned to us must be in original, new condition and must be returned in original packaging. When returning non-damaged goods, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges, and return shipping may be made by whatever means the customer selects. We advise that customers returning goods select a shipping method that provides a tracking number so that they can verify receipt of the goods at our office.
Cash refunds are not available for products ordered via our website. Refunds of credit card payments will be submitted as credits on the credit card account used to place the order. Refunds of check or money order payments will be made by check delivered to the billing address on record for the order. Refunds are made within three business days of receipt of returned goods at our office.
