Advantages of TPE hose:

PVC multi-layer hose
PVC multi-layer hoses – the most popular among gardeners, have good properties, and are reliably used for watering gardens and vegetable gardens. PVC multi-layer garden hoses can have from two to six layers. The more layers, the longer their service life and the more resistant they are to water pressure. These versions are also usually reinforced between the layers to prevent bending.
